    I was very happy to be able to purchase the new Volkswagen ID buzz. My salesman was extremely friendly and he took the time to address what I was looking for him and the finance team did everything possible to get me out of a bad loan on another vehicle and they did it.

    Tried to sell cabin filter replacement 2 wks after it was replaced. Failure to explain "required" service and most importantly the Service Advisor completely refuses to be accountable for the service techs. We have lost trust in this dealership despite a great sales experience.

    My car service took longer than expected, and I had to return to work. After discussing the situation with my service consultant, he quickly arranged a temporary vehicle for me to use while my car was being serviced. I received a notification once my car was ready for pickup. Overall, I really appreciated the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff.
